How can I update my order?Â
Once your order is submitted there is no way to adjust your order on the website. However, if you submit an email with the adjustments needed and your order number before shipping has been completed, then I’d be happy to update your order.Â
How can I track my order?Â
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will automatically be generated and emailed to you.Â
How can I cancel my order?Â
Please note once your order has been  shipped it can no longer be canceled.
What is the return policy?Â
Due to the nature of the product, once your order has been shipped it can not be returned. However you may cancel during the processing period.Â
What if I’m dissatisfied with my product?Â
If you’re unsatisfied with the product, we graciously ask that you provide feedback respectfully. Curating a quality product is of utmost importance to us. Unless your product is defective, there are no returns.Â
Is afterpay a good choice for me?Â
Totally! Afterpay offers you the convenience of getting your order right away with only having to pay a portion at a time. Afterpay is divided into 4 payments on a biweekly schedule with no added interest.Â
I have allergens. Is your product safe for me?Â
We sure hope so :) Our glosses are composed of shea butter, jojoba oil, coconut oil, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate.
